The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is looking to deliver delightful 'Done for you' (DFY) customer experiences and accelerate GBSG user growth and retention through a data-driven approach to growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference techniques, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and other analytical tools
- Practical experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview) to communicate insights
- Experience with data integration and pipeline development
- Experience using statistics and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems within product marketing
- M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research) or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in data science
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Strategy through Data - Translate business problems into analytical frameworks. Connect data across multiple functions to drive actionable recommendations and strategic growth opportunities for the DFY platform offerings
- Build & Operationalize Advanced Models - Develop and deploy machine learning models and statistical frameworks to forecast growth, uncover patterns, and optimize decision-making across the GBSG Platform team
- Experimentation & Causal Inference - Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments using methodologies such as synthetic control, regression discontinuity, or propensity score matching to establish causal relationships and measure impact.
- Data Infrastructure & Governance - Partner with data engineering and platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable data pipelines and tracking instrumentation are in place. Champion data hygiene and integrity.
- Insights at Scale - Create dashboards, visualizations, and self-serve tools to democratize access to insights across cross-functional teams and leadership.
