Requirements
- Highly proficient in A/B testing, SQL, Python and Tableau
- Working knowledge in Amplitude or Qliksense is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions
- Ability to narrate complex stories with data, and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders
- Proactive and inquisitive learner, seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
- Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability required
- 5-7 years of experience working in product analytics
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management, product development, research and design teams to define the data science roadmap for Intuit AI Agents, ensuring alignment with Intuit’s overall AI strategy
- Translate business problems and requirements into analytical approaches and develop measurement framework to help team assess performance of a 0 to 1 product
- Define, track, and evolve success metrics for AI Agent performance, customer adoption, and engagement
- Lead deep-dive analyses of product usage, customer behavior, and AI agent interactions to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure feature effectiveness
- Develop dashboards and self-service tools to democratize data access and empower teams
- Partner with data engineering to ensure reliable pipelines and robust data governance for AI agent data
