Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, especially for data wrangling, transformation, and tooling.
- Hands-on experience building with generative AI (e.g., LLM-based tools, prompt workflows, integrations) — agent experience is a strong plus.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets in a modern warehouse (BigQuery preferred).
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous or messy data, with a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Drive how our most important datasets power data-driven product features in compensation and intelligent pay.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and SMEs to define and deliver scoped product and tooling work.
- Support the AI Center of Excellence by designing and building GenAI-powered internal tools that improve employee workflows.
- Build and maintain curated datasets and transformation pipelines in BigQuery.
- Develop and iterate on AI prototypes - from prompt-powered tools to agents - to support cross-functional teams.
- Help identify new use cases and scale high-impact tools for both external products and internal operations.
