GM is looking to deliver integrated software solutions across both in-vehicle and cloud platforms to support the transition to electric vehicles and improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction for commercial fleet owners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience, with deep expertise in Azure and supporting roles in AWS and GCP
- Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Certification with proven experience designing and managing Azure infrastructure
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification with practical experience in monitoring architecture
- Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer and Professional Cloud Architect, demonstrating multi-cloud fluency
- 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform, Azure Bicep, and AWS CloudFormation
- 2+ years managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including migration from Service Fabric, private AKS enablement, and hub-and-spoke network design
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash, with custom tooling for CMDB-like documentation, budget forecasting, and account baselining
Responsibilities
- Build and manage infrastructure on the Azure stack
- Work with Azure services like PIM, Microsoft Entra ID, FrontDoor, CosmosDB, Azure B2C (custom policies)
- Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) via CI/CD
- Automate infrastructure changes using Terraform
- Ensure security and compliance best practices are continuously applied
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work remotely, with occasional on-site work at Austin, Warren, or Mountain View locations
