Wondr Health is seeking to drive critical technical and product engineering initiatives, including building for the future of Wondr’s event-driven architecture and shaping the developer experience strategy.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
- Strong experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong coding skills in multiple languages (Python, TypeScript, PHP, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Experience with service mesh technologies, GitOps practices, and progressive delivery
- Experience with local development environment optimization (containers, dev containers, cloud development environments)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Wondr’s event streaming and messaging services
- Build products and services at scale
- Shape the developer experience strategy
- Bridge the gap between infrastructure and platform engineering teams
- Improve developer experience and productivity through tooling and automation
- Build self-service platforms and internal developer portals
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines
Other
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners (product, design, leadership)
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with significant infrastructure and platform contributions
- Ability to work in a general office working condition that can be remote from home or in the office
- Ability to work with extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties
- Ability to work with constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls
