Requirements
- Experience with building metrics, dashboards, FE experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale
- UI frameworks like React, or Angular
- Unit testing frameworks & mocking
- Testing Automation mindset
- Kafka and GraphQL
- Microservices architecture
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
Responsibilities
- You will be in the details and prepare good, data-driven development-plans, lead the team and remove barriers in order to fully meet our commitments on time
- Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, scalable web applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility
- Working cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: Product Management, Experience Design, different product lines, or business units to drive forward results
- Build high performing teams by putting the right people in the right job at the right time
- Keep very high tech standard and high velocity in the team
- Leading difficult decisions or discussions
Other
- 3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.
- Very strong verbal and written communication
