Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience using React, React Native, Python/Django or similar systems
- Deep Technical Expertise: Strong computer science fundamentals with experience designing and optimizing complex systems that operate at scale.
- Product-Oriented Mindset: You care about more than just code—you understand the product, user experience, and design.
- Learning Mindset: You’re willing to dive in and learn new technologies, such as React Native.
- Leadership: You’ve led technical design discussions and collaborated cross-functionally to build robust, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Build & Innovate: Write clean, scalable code while driving the architecture and technical design of our most critical products.
- Set the Bar for Engineering Excellence: As a senior technical leader, you’ll set the standards for high-quality software.
- Lead Design & Architecture: Own and guide the technical design of new features, ensuring they’re both innovative and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Mentor & Elevate the Team: Guide and mentor junior engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to prioritize and refine our product roadmap.
