Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development or data science
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
- Expertise in Python and common ML libraries/frameworks
- Deep understanding of core ML concepts
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data processing tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact ML opportunities
- Design and build machine learning models
- Deploy and integrate ML models into production environments
- Measure and iterate on model performance
- Champion and evangelize ML concepts across the organization
- Lead and mentor other ML engineers
Other
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, OR equivalent practical experience
- Experience or a strong aptitude for leading technical projects and mentoring others
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
