Coupang Ads Tech ML Infrastructure needs to build a platform, services, and tooling to empower engineers through the full lifecycle of ML engineering, aiming to improve developer experience and engineering efficiency to drive Coupang's Ads business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with very large and complex distributed systems
- 5+ years of coding experience in one of the following: C++, Java, Python
- Prior experience with large scale ML infrastructure
- Extensive experience in designing complex backend systems
- Ability to challenge the existing norms to improve overall systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Build the platform, services and tooling for the full lifecycle of ML engineering
- Work with ML engineers who develop, train, deploy and operate ML models to optimize ML workflows and improve developer experience and developer efficiency
- Contribute to Coupang Ads Tech Infrastructure and improve how ML is integrated into Coupang Ads Tech infrastructure to meet requirements on engineering velocity, performance and reliability

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
