Intuit is looking to hire a Staff Product Designer to lead and design experiences for their Payroll product within Workforce Solutions, aiming to simplify complex topics and delight customers through intuitive design.
Requirements
- Experience designing products with high degrees of complexity and cross-product interdependencies
- Navigating spaces, and 0-1 products that are ambiguous and require a high degree of cross-team coordination
- Portfolio that demonstrates products with complex end-to-end thinking and dependencies
- Has experience working in an environment of lightweight and rapid experiments and iterations
- Has worked in environments of experimentation where product goals may not have a clearly defined end state
- Experience working in organizations with robust design systems
- Has worked on products from concept to code (end-to-end)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design efforts for complex products
- Leverage iterative prototyping to quickly test concepts and learn from customers
- Drive design decisions through data by partnering with our analytics team
- Effectively present and communicate your designs and rationale to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management
- Has experience working in an environment of lightweight and rapid experiments and iterations
- Has worked on products from concept to code (end-to-end)
- Comfortable with user research (running user tests & analyzing data, experience with evaluative and generative research); prototyping; working on finance and data related projects/products
Other
- Providing design leadership within a team by collaborating with product managers, analysts, researchers, writers, and engineering partners to create outstanding customer experiences
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously through robust communication and time management skills
- Participate in and analyze extensive customer research to identify insights that will ultimately provide customer value and delight
- Participate in and promote a culture of detailed feedback rooted in first principles, design rationale, customer data, and industry best practices
- Provide mentorship to junior designers from a craft, and cross-discipline partnership perspective
