Building AI interfaces that don't suck and creating new product experiences powered by intelligent agents
Requirements
- 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
- Strong product intuition and proactively identify improvements without being asked
- Comfortable moving fast and making smart tradeoffs
- Curious about AI and excited to shape how it gets surfaced to users
- Experience with LLM apps, agents, or tools is a bonus
- Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one teams is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Build fullstack features with a bias to frontend and UX ownership
- Craft thoughtful, fast, responsive UI components that interact with LLMs and agents
- Work closely with backend engineers to build bridges into orchestration and infra
- Pair with PMs and designers to rapidly iterate on new ideas and prototypes
- Help define best practices for AI UX — what does great prompting, feedback, and fallback look like?
- Own the end-user experience and obsess over polish
