Requirements
- Expertize in retail Supply Chain and transportation
- Thought leadership on transportation domain problems
- Worked in a large enterprise (preferably retail) with a complex stakeholder matrix
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proven results in delivering value and driving the organizational strategy forward
- Demonstrate grit, resilience and have a high sense of agency
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience with implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Responsibilities
- Drive customer needs with a deep understanding of the problem space, being proactive in anticipating needs and coach team members to improve focus on driving outcomes
- Build E2E visibility for international business stakeholders to not only enable tracking but also surface insights
- Champion product vision and strategy by owning complex problems, building new ideas and strategies
- Guide product roadmap development that is cross functional in nature
- Be data driven in your approach, extract insights and promote business value and outcomes and demonstrate awareness of best practices
- Influence and build consensus among your stakeholders by leading discussions with varying viewpoint and with diverse audience
- Be a thought leader in innovation through incubation and adoption of new and emerging technologies
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
