Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI agents, human-in-the-loop systems, enterprise integrations
- Know when to build platform capabilities vs. vertical-specific features
- Obsess over user experience - you believe enterprise software should feel as good as consumer products
- Built 01 products that scaled
- Data consolidation, platforms, or marketplace experience
- Complex enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP, DMS)
- Code in Python or React

Responsibilities
- Own Auto platform strategy end-to-end - the systems and infrastructure that make our AI agents more valuable to dealers
- Make company-level decisions - partnerships, data infrastructure, integration strategy that affects how all of Podium builds
- Design platform patterns that scale beyond Auto - data models, system architecture, integration frameworks other teams will use
- Build the platform layer our AI agents run on - CRM workflows, data consolidation, dealer system integrations that make our agents smarter
- Ship with speed - get features in front of dealers fast, learn from real usage, iterate quickly
- Partner across the company - engineering, AI product teams, partnerships, sales, CX, legal, finance
