The Intuit Fintech Platform team is seeking a product leader to develop and deliver capabilities for banking to transform customer experiences and make their lives easier by providing seamless, secure, and intuitive money solutions.
Requirements
- Deep experience with virtual cards, physical cards, debit and credit programs, and deep understanding of card networks.
- Familiarity with card program management is critical.
- Experience with Bill Payments, payouts, workforce solutions, wallets and 2 sided markets are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products.
Responsibilities
- Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for the banking.
- Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research.
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities.
- Partner closely with other product managers and designers to craft simple and impactful product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings are superior and well-positioned.
- Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.
- Represent fintech and educate stakeholders on the transformative nature of banking.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA or MS a plus.
- 6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences.
- Track record of partnering closely and building trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes
- Passionate for solving customer problems, both for businesses and consumers.
