Requirements

  • At least 7 years at a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working on a Card product in NAM, is a strong plus.
  • Bonus if you have experience in development, design, or business roles (though not a must).
  • You understand what makes a great user experience and have experience creating customer-facing products that are intuitive and impactful.
  • Comfortable working on B2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, especially in areas like finance, tax, and compliance.
  • You break down complex projects into smaller steps that deliver value quickly.
  • Experience working with teams like engineering, design, finance, and data.

Responsibilities

  • Use data and user feedback to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact. Share findings with the team and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Clearly communicate the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.
  • Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.
  • Work with developers, designers, partners and other functions like Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Account Managers to bring your strategy to life. Deliver value incrementally.
  • Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.
  • Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.
  • Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to help build a world-class product team.

Other

  • Lead the strategy and execution of features that drive success in the local markets.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance card capabilities within the broader travel and expense ecosystem, working hand-in-hand with our European teams to build a globally unified yet locally dominant product.
  • Your role will be critical to Perk’s success in North America.
  • You’ll own key areas of the Perk platform, making a direct impact on both admins managing travel, cards and spend, as well as the end users.
  • We need someone who thinks strategically, is focused on execution, and can step into the user's shoes to design impactful solutions.
