Lambda is looking for a Commerce & Operations Product Manager to ensure the commercial success of their product portfolio by designing pricing and packaging models, owning the billing lifecycle, and driving commercial strategy. This role will also lead the operational side of go-to-market planning, ensuring commercial systems are ready to support new product launches and updates, bridging the gap between product, engineering, finance, operations, and sales to ensure offerings are commercially sound and scalable.
Requirements
- Proven experience with pricing models, billing systems, or commercial strategy in a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.
- Familiarity with ERP/CPQ systems, Stripe, Zuora, or other large-scale billing infrastructure.
- Experience working within a cloud hyperscaler, GPU cloud, or AI infrastructure platform.
- Background in go-to-market planning for complex B2B infrastructure products.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage pricing models, tiers, feature sets, per-unit costs, and enterprise agreements.
- Own the full billing lifecycle.
- Oversee billing systems, ensure accuracy, resolve disputes, and build infrastructure to support multiple payment methods and customer types (enterprise and self-service).
- Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarks, and customer willingness to pay.
- Ensure billing, contracts, and commercial systems are ready to scale.
- Own the capacity logic and system that governs GPU allocation based on the analysis of customer segment, product strategy, and financial tradeoffs.
Other
- 10+ years of product management, product operations, or program management experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or fintech.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Comfort switching between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.
- Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco/San Jose/Seattle office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.
