The Senior Product Manager for Connectivity and Device Charging will define and execute roadmaps for in-vehicle connectivity and device charging experiences, addressing the increasing number of connected devices and power needs within vehicles.
Requirements
- 8+ years working on technology-powered digital products in roles such as product or program management, product marketing, or technology development.
- Proven ability to balance tradeoffs between consumer expectations, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Expertise in developing solutions to complex challenges using data-informed decision-making and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing, with the ability to effectively balance and integrate vision, strategy, and technical details in a cohesive narrative.
- Experience leading digital products across platforms such as mobile, web, or vehicle.
- 5+ years of digital/software product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing connectivity and charging products such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, USB, and Wireless Charging.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term Connectivity and Device Charging Experience product visions, setting strategic direction for multiple product teams.
- Balance user convenience, business objectives, and software resources to create a cohesive product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Program, and Product Managers to create delightful customer experiences.
- Monitor emerging trends in usability and technology, leveraging data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve connectivity solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product effectiveness and success.
Other
- This role is categorized as hybrid.
- The successful candidate is expected to report to the Technical/Innovation Center in Warren (MI) or Mountain View (CA) three times per week, at minimum.
- If located in Mountain View, you will be expected to travel to Michigan quarterly.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively across stakeholders.
