Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management, with strong focus in building developer facing platform products
- 2+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management domain
- Experience operating in a B2B2C environment
- Experience shipping products that delight users and drive measurable impact
- Strong quantitative skills and experience defining and evaluating against success metrics
Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap for ID.me’s Developer experiences
- Act as the voice of the developer in Product UX and API design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and establish success metrics
- Work with engineering to build the next iterations of the product
- Collaborate with data science and product ops to continue driving improvements in success metrics
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate with brevity and precision
- Ability to manage internal as well as external stakeholders, including setting expectations and navigating trade-offs
