Tubi is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of their viewer discovery journey, crafting intelligent, personalized user experiences powered by cutting-edge AI, to shape the future of how users discover content and interact with their platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in product management, with a strong background in AI/ML-driven personalization and content discovery
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and delivering complex, technical, and user-first experiences
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, with a passion for the finer details
  • Strong expertise in product experimentation, including A/B testing and iterative development, with the ability to break down a big picture vision into testable hypotheses

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap across the discovery lifecycle - from the first time to watch to becoming a retained viewer - leveraging ML/AI and deep user understanding and design, with impact laddering up to our topline company goals and metrics.
  • Design discovery experiences and ML models for early users early in their Tubi journey.
  • Develop and personalize discovery features such as autoplay and continue watching to help viewers find what's next for them to discover and engage with on Tubi.
  • Own the ML and AI models, ensuring they effectively power personalized recommendations across various user touchpoints.
  • Implement a high rate of experimentation to validate hypotheses, learn from user behavior, and iterate on product features.

  • Foster a cohesive and high-performing cross-functional team by leading and collaborating with XFN teams including product, engineering, design, and data science, as well as closely work with the content teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in the consumer video or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
