Requirements

  • Very strong technical background: Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform development, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Preferably AI-experience (e.g., building AI-powered tools, AI-integrations, AI-agents)
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, AI/ML, and related technologies
  • Ability to implement scalable processes and drive efficiency
  • Experience with data analytics and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to use structured, data-backed approach to prioritize and decision-making and build business models
  • Ability to write code for fun, and enjoy playing with AI tools and models

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a bold and compelling vision for your domain
  • Develop deep customer empathy through user research, customer interactions, and industry analysis
  • Translate insights into an impact-driven roadmap of innovative AI solutions
  • Break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, actionable solutions
  • Lead scoping, planning, and delivery of AI-powered product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
  • Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases
  • Foster a culture of learning and iteration, leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to refine product offerings

Other

  • 4+ years in product management with a strong track record of launching and scaling products
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs, and experience translating them into vision, strategy, and product requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and inspire across all levels
  • Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM preferred); MBA, Master's, or PhD is a plus, equivalent experience will be considered
