Vanta needs to improve the onboarding experience for its upmarket (mid-market and enterprise) customers, reducing onboarding time from months to days by building AI-powered experiences and ensuring a tailored, intuitive, and fast path to value realization for sophisticated customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including building and scaling B2B SaaS products
- Experience with leveraging AI/ML to solve customer problems
- Proven track record of driving large, cross-cutting initiatives successfully
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity — you thrive on understanding complex workflows and simplifying them elegantly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including with executive stakeholders
- Learner mindset - you have genuine excitement for building both AI and non-AI products, and the grit to experiment, iterate, and fail
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS onboarding and activation and/or GRC

- Define and drive the vision for Vanta’s upmarket onboarding experience — helping organizations import, map, and configure, their security programs in Vanta
- Translate complexity into clarity — prioritize scalable solutions that deliver clarity and confidence throughout onboarding
- Innovate with AI — integrate AI into the core onboarding experience, making it proactive, intelligent, and scalable
- Deeply understand customers — partner directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to uncover needs, test hypotheses and validate solutions
- Lead cross-functionally — partner with engineering, design, go-to-market and cross-functional product teams to drive alignment and execution across the customer journey
- Shape Vanta’s product culture — help define what great product management looks like as we scale
