Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a Staff Research Scientist to develop innovative solutions at the intersection of cutting-edge AI algorithms and ADI technologies, aiming to bridge AI innovation with practical solutions for resource-constrained environments.
Requirements
- Developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models using frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based AI platforms
- Modern AI architectures and training paradigms
- Deploying and optimizing models on constrained hardware using
- Techniques such as quantization, pruning, distillation, or on-device retraining
- Computer architecture, AI accelerators, and/or model compilation
- Analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuit design
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to bridge AI innovation with practical solutions
- Develop cutting-edge AI algorithms designed for resource-constrained environments
- Prototype and validate solutions, using both software simulations and hands-on hardware, to demonstrate feasibility and performance
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art algorithms and research advances in areas relevant to Analog Devices.
Other
- PhD degree in Electical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- 3+ years of industry experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong publication record in top conferences and/or journals
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
