Ursa Major is looking to revolutionize how America and its allies access and apply high-performance propulsion, from hypersonics to solid rocket motors, satellite maneuvering and launch, by generating new business intelligence applications inside Palantir’s Foundry platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on, professional experience with Palantir Foundry
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with manufacturing, industrial systems, or IoT data
Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead for our internal Palantir Foundry team.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to architect, develop and deploy workflows, intuitive tooling, analytic workflows and dashboards.
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines using Palantir Foundry (Code Repositories, Contour, Ontology, etc.).
- Develop Ontology objects to manage and reason over data within Palantir Foundry.
- Design and document data logic, lineage, and tooling for discoverability and maintainability.
- Configure and maintain data integrations from various source systems into Foundry.
