EchoStar is seeking a Staff Software Developer to solve complex technical challenges related to AI agent orchestration, enterprise integration, and scalable systems, influencing the technical direction for the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a deep specialization in enterprise integration and AI agent systems.
- Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and operating large-scale, distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in AI agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems, including defining communication protocols and state management.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native integration patterns and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with performance testing, optimization, and advanced observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) of complex systems.
- Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Mulesoft).
Responsibilities
- Solve the most challenging technical problems related to AI agent orchestration, enterprise integration, and scalable systems.
- Influence the technical direction and strategic roadmap for the organization, focusing on autonomous operations and predictive intelligence.
- Lead the design and implementation of cross-team solutions, ensuring interoperability and adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior developers and other engineers across multiple teams.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, including AI agent paradigms, QaaS infrastructure, and cloud-native integration patterns, to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for API security, performance, and documentation across the organization.
