CVS Health is looking to build high-quality, usable products for customers and stakeholders by hiring a Staff Software Development Engineer who can contribute to a product team and help educate both business and technology personnel on the development process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment
- 7+ years of Java development experience while utilizing Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC
- 5+ years of experience with frontend development using Angular 8+ or a combo of Angular and React
- 5+ years of experience using Agile concepts such as continuous integration (CI/CD) and test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience with Azure Cloud platform, AKS
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure hardware and software such as Openstack, AWS, GCP, or Azure
Responsibilities
- Develop frontend and backend code utilizing test-driven development and help develop architecture
- Lead the design of efficient and user-friendly software products to advance and support business needs
- Work in a collaborative environment, contributing to Agile team
- Mentor and guide team

- Participate on a product team of 6-10 people (engineers, UX designers, and product manager)
- Help educate both business and technology personnel on the development process
