Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex systems using modern architectural patterns and frameworks
- Proven depth and breadth building scalable cloud-based applications
- Extensive experience with serverless architectures
- Specific experience with AWS and PostgreSQL is highly desirable
- Fullstack development experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the technical direction of major applications or systems
- Align technical roadmaps with product vision
- Research, identify, and integrate emerging technologies
- Oversee system design with a focus on scalability, reliability, simplicity, and long-term sustainability
- Lead and execute technical projects
- Develop simple, maintainable, and efficient solutions to complex technical problems
- Drive the adoption and improvement of tools, frameworks, and practices that enhance overall code quality
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent years of experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and fully remote teams
