The Ecom Platform Team is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of features and solutions that enhance the experience for Ordergroove's partners and clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full stack experience with focus on the backend development
- Proven expertise in Node/Js, Python
- Comfortable working with frontend technologies Like React/ NextJS
- Experience with databases and message queues in distributed systems
- Familiarity with Google Gcloud, Kubernetes, and Serverless Deployments
- Experience with one or more e-commerce products, high traffic SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of features and solutions that enhance the experience for Ordergroove's partners and clients
- Write high-impact, efficient code that aligns with our long-term strategy of scaling new merchants, reducing time to launch, and driving operational efficiency
- Design and build scalable, highly available integrations with leading e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and others
- Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Work closely with our partners and internal teams to understand their needs, provide technical leadership, and deliver solutions that align with business goals
