ServiceNow is looking to accelerate the adoption of generative AI across its platform by designing and building powerful, reusable demos, agents, and proof-of-concepts that drive product feedback, customer engagement, and field enablement.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable demo solutions that showcase GenAI capabilities in real-world use cases.
  • Experience in prompt engineering and GenAI
  • Experience in using AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc is a plus or nice to have
  • Work closely with field, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into demo assets and proof-of-concepts.
  • Create parameterized or templatized demos that reduce lift for future engagements and support internal reuse.
  • Stay current with new AI features and rapidly prototype integrations to validate value and usability.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
  • Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
  • Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
  • Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable demo solutions that showcase GenAI capabilities in real-world use cases.
  • Create parameterized or templatized demos that reduce lift for future engagements and support internal reuse.
  • Lead design and development of AI-powered agents, workflow solutions, and customer-centric scenarios across ITOM, CSM, and beyond.

  • Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
  • Mentor and collaborate with peers across the team to accelerate team velocity and knowledge sharing.
