Marvell is looking for engineers to innovate and develop highly scalable and distributed embedded network software for their Teralynx series of switching products, which are critical components for cloud and AI markets.
Requirements
- Experience in programming languages such as C/C++/Python
- Technical depth in L1, L2 and L3 Ethernet switching and routing protocols
- Hands on experience on Linux, system level software, switch/router embedded system software development
- L1 Link layer: MAC, PHY, SERDES
- L2 switching/forwarding areas such as LAG, VLAN, xSTP, LLDP, Link OAM, ARP, VxLAN, DC fabric switching, etc.
- L3 unicast/multicast routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, IGMP, BGP, ISIS, etc.
- ACL, QoS, Policers, TCAM, etc.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of software development from requirement gathering through architect/design, implementation, UT/Functional testing and maintaining multiple software components
- Contribute to the development of aggressive project goals and schedules
- Execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team
- Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of audiences spanning executives to junior engineers
