Vantor is looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer to join its Mapping Engineering team to solve complex problems with customer-driven objectives, develop tools and technologies related to image processing, remote sensing, geospatial and other AI applications, and build foundational imagery formation tools for cloud-based services on AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years demonstrated experience with programming, design, and development in Python or C++.
- Development experience with service-oriented software
- Development experience with current frameworks
- Experience working as a software developer
- Knowledge of multi-tier, heterogeneous architectures and how they typically fit together
- Understanding of what it takes to keep a software system or service healthy
- Knowledge of Agile Engineering Practices
Responsibilities
