Requirements
- Technical expertise in ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, CSS, MobX (or similar libraries), NextJS (or similar framework), Webpack, NPM, DataDog (or similar tools), accessibility best practices and measuring web performance
- Exceptional skills in analytical problem solving, cross-functional communication, and systems thinking.
- Ability to break very complex problems and projects to deliverable milestones.
- Ability to work independently across domains and lead execution of team on complex features across pods.
- Ability to design solutions for very complex problems and lead team to deliver those solutions while working with other teams effectively.

Responsibilities
- Implementing product features using expert skills in ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, CSS, MobX (or similar libraries), NextJS (or similar framework), Webpack, NPM, DataDog (or similar tools), accessibility best practices and measuring web performance to meet team's objectives in service of users.
- Applying exceptional analytical problem solving, cross-functional communication, and systems thinking to ensure smooth execution of product features in team and with other teams in service of users.
- Leading the optimization of code and processes to help team achieve their goals.
- Designing, leading, coordinating, executing, and delivering very complex projects with quality and at scale across pod and others.
- Identifying, managing and executing solutions for complexity across teams.
- Creating and leveraging dashboards to ensure quality of experiences, experiences are solving business problems, and experiences are meeting user's needs.
- Breaking very complex problems and projects to deliverable milestones.
