Jamf is looking to build generative AI driven experiences and solutions to enhance their products and internal teams, requiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead these initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience (Required)
Experience with generative AI technologies such as LangChain, large language models, and vector databases. (Required)
Experience with Python programming and data science libraries. (Required)
Prior experience in AI relevant to Apple Management and/or Security areas (Strongly {Preferred)
Responsibilities
Engineer solutions using few-shot learning and prompt-based techniques to rapidly adapt models to new tasks
Optimize generative models for performance, scalability, and efficient deployment
Establish testing frameworks to validate model robustness, safety, and performance
Collaborate across teams to identify and assess use cases for generative AI in the enterprise
Evaluate, fine-tune, and maintain models, which includes collecting and preparing data as needed in partnership with the enterprise data science team
Improve quality through product integrated prompt engineering and optimizations

You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter.
Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory
