Credit Genie is looking to build and scale the core systems that power their financial products, aiming to provide personalized insights and build a financial ecosystem for users to take control of their financial future.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expertise in architecting and productionizing large-scale distributed systems.
• Comfortable working across multiple technical areas and collaborating with frontend/mobile teams.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with designing resilient and reliable systems that meet high security and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with products related to lending, credit cards, payments, or other financial services.
• Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and financial technology

Responsibilities

• Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability for next-generation financial products.
• Work on new projects from scratch, making foundational technical decisions that will shape our platform for years to come.
• Partner with product, design, data science, and adjacent engineering teams to build impactful features and solve complex business challenges.
• Lead critical technical, design, and product discussions, driving best practices in system design, coding, testing, and DevOps.
• Scope, build, and optimize products and services that deliver immediate and meaningful value to users.
• Design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems.
• Architect and productionize large-scale distributed systems.
