Requirements
- Experience with mathematical packages in C++ and Python, e.g., ceres, Eigen, numpy, scipy, and numeric computing platforms such as MATLAB/Octave or Jupyter
- Experience with camera calibration techniques and tools (e.g., OpenCV, MATLAB)
- Strong understanding of geometric image formation and imaging systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret calibration data accurately
- Experience with multi-camera systems and stereo calibration
- Knowledge of lens distortion models and correction methods
- Familiarity with automated calibration setups in manufacturing
Responsibilities
- developing and refining calibration methodologies to ensure high-precision camera parameter estimation critical for downstream applications such as 3D reconstruction and SLAM
- designing calibration procedures

- troubleshooting hardware-software interactions
- collaborating with optical and imaging teams to improve overall camera system accuracy and reliability
