Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and scaling high-performance services.
- While our stack includes Golang, experience in Java, C++, or similar languages, coupled with a willingness to master Go, is required.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting and contributing to systems that solve complex business challenges, with a particular focus on scalability, distributed systems, and handling vast data volumes.
- Expert knowledge in system architecture and design, capable of leading system design discussions, making architectural decisions, and explaining trade-offs to both engineers and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive technical and architectural decisions.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences, fostering collaboration and driving consensus among team members and stakeholders.
- A strong emphasis on user experience, demonstrated through API design, service functionality, and performance optimization.
