Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of major projects—from ideation through implementation, testing, QA, and launch.
- Work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, CSS Modules, GraphQL, Node, Python, Java, Postgres, and MySQL.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve product capabilities, user experience, performance, and reliability.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and user experience.
- Set engineering standards, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers across the team.
