Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, data engineering, or intelligent systems.
- Proven experience building scalable applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages, and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience working with large-scale data systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Good understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, including using base models and augmenting them with RAG techniques.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Customization Platform) or similar frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions that enhance marketing and sales workflows using internal and external data sources.
- Build scalable data pipelines and services to support real-time insights, personalization, and predictive capabilities.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on concepts, delivering POCs that can be tested with end users for feedback and refinement.
- Apply modern software engineering practices including microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native development.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends in AI, data, and GTM tooling, and bring innovative ideas to life
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define the art of the possible with AI in GTM.
