Watershed is looking for team members to join their Financial Institutions team focused on delivering outcomes for Financial Institution customers. This involves customizing the Watershed platform for specific needs like modeling finance-specific entities, calculating data quality metrics, and supporting customer reporting on financial regulations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Experience building user facing applications considering usability, performance and scale
- A systems thinker; able to grok the big picture, identify the load bearing challenges and help others to focus on what matters most
- Experience leading high performing engineering teams
- Some experience with the financial domain is beneficially but no required
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design and our Customer teams to define technical roadmap that balances time to market for innovative features with stewardship of the codebase
- Be a great customer to our platform teams to maximally leverage existing capabilities and educate them on the Financial customer needs to help define the platform roadmap
- Build high leverage additions to the platform to bring value to our customer segment
- Partner with other engineering leadership to make Watershed a productive, innovative and impactful place for engineers to do their best work
Other
- Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)
- Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Sydney, Paris, and Berlin. Where we have offices, employees are expected to be in office for 4 days per week.
