Coder is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to drive the development of their AI-powered cloud-based development products through core technology advancements, enterprise features, and developer tooling.
Requirements
- You're highly competent in Typescript and React
- You have knowledge and understanding of back-end architecture
- Your code is well-structured, performant, well-tested, and documented
- You have knowledge and understanding of Go
- Experience with infrastructure technologies like Kubernetes, Nomad, or Docker
- Experience with Linux
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a talented team to design and develop the future of cloud-based developer environments using TypeScript, React, and a modern tech stack.
- Leverage tools like Vite, Jest, and Storybook to develop and showcase UI components in isolation.
- Use MUI/Material-UI and Figma to translate product and design requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces that balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews, design discussions, and close collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Be responsible for the overall architecture and tooling around Coder’s frontend
