Requirements

- Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining scalable, event-driven systems.
- Strong understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and compliance considerations.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalability principles.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions leveraging enterprise applications (AEM, Salesforce, Contentful) and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS).
- Lead the design and implementation of resilient backend services optimized for performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Collaborate and evolve cloud architectures and deployments on multiple public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) partnering with platform engineers.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate client goals into impactful technical solutions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through production.
- Define and champion best practices in testing, observability, security, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve critical technical debt, executing high-value refactors that improve delivery velocity and system health.

- Mentor and grow engineers and managers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and AI-driven problem solving, leveraging tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot.
- Shape long-term technical strategy, influencing architecture and process decisions across multiple products and teams.
- Experience leading technical strategy and mentoring both senior engineers and managers.
