Spring Health is looking to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access and ensuring individuals receive the right care at the right time. The Member Growth Engineering team specifically aims to build digital experiences that guide new and existing members to discover and utilize Spring Health services effectively, moving beyond traditional funnels to create a habit-forming product and D2C brand.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of cumulative experience or exposure developing mobile apps on both Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JS/TS)
Responsibilities
- Leveling up our mobile architecture and code quality through planned evolution
- Leading by example with hands on refactoring and feature development projects
- Applying your passion for scalable and extensible architecture to high impact products
- Establishing and upholding performance, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Maintaining automated testing, release health metrics, and crash-free rate targets.
- Partnering with design to define a mobile design system and UX heuristics.
- Owning mobile CI/CD, app release process, and SDK/framework upgrades.
