Requirements
- Good foundation in distributed systems with proven experience designing and architecting systems
- Experience building products and framework
- Excellent experience in object-oriented design and backend programming (Java, JavaScript)
- Deep understanding of database technologies
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline
- Prior experience in solving problems at systems level, ideally in a private or public Cloud environment.
Responsibilities
- Take a higher order problem and define it clearly and design a system to solve it.
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.
- Identify opportunities to simplify existing systems and evolve them to become better.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
- Help us build scalable and reliable cloud computing solutions to support the rapid growth of our SaaS products.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy scalable Cloud Computing solutions as part of the Cloud development team

- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineers in building the solution.
- Inspire the engineers with your hands on approach and innovative solutions to solve the problem.
- Solve tough technical challenges in a high energy, startup like environment with experienced industry leaders and with a highly collaborative team
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience In using AI Productivity tools such as Windsurf, Cursor, etc. is a plus or nice to have.
