Requirements
- Proficiency in React Native and TypeScript, mobile architecture, performance tuning, and native module integration.
- Leverage native iOS/Android expertise to resolve advanced platform issues, integrate custom modules, and deliver a first-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Implement: Lead the design and development of high-impact mobile features. Define scalable architecture, improve performance, and ensure reliability across iOS and Android.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Own long-term technical decisions and implement best practices for testing, CI/CD, and mobile performance.
- Mentor and Elevate: Provide technical guidance and mentorship across teams, reviewing designs, sharing best practices, and developing future mobile leaders.
- Collaborate and Influence: Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to shape roadmaps, balance trade-offs, and ensure a cohesive mobile strategy.
- Bridge Native and Cross-Platform: Leverage native iOS/Android expertise to resolve advanced platform issues, integrate custom modules, and deliver a first-class experience.

- 8+ years building and scaling mobile applications, with substantial hands-on work in React Native or native development.
- Proven track record of leading initiatives, shaping architecture, and mentoring engineers through influence and collaboration.
