Actively is building superintelligence for GTM teams by training custom reasoning agents to identify and execute optimal actions to maximize revenue. The company is increasingly building its own product experiences to allow users to configure, debug, and collaborate with their multi-agent system directly, moving beyond just pushing outputs into other systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Staff or equivalent lead role owning architecture and execution.
- Full‑Stack Proficiency: Comfortable across React/TypeScript frontends and backend systems (APIs, data, infra).
- Experience designing explainability/trust UI for AI or LLM-powered systems.
- Familiarity with GTM tools and workflows (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction for the Product Experience pod, owning architecture and design decisions for customer-facing applications.
- Design & ship core product experiences: configuration dashboards, explainability surfaces, ROI reporting, and feedback workflows that let users guide and shape agents.
- Make complex intelligence simple: create interfaces that give clarity and control to RevOps teams, helping them adopt and trust multi-agent workflows.
- Scale onboarding & self-serve: make it dead-simple for Customer Success to spin up new customers through automated provisioning, routing rules, and environment setup.
- Level up the team: mentor engineers, establish best practices, and help grow the full-stack/product engineering team.
