Requirements
- Proven ability to design and deliver complex, full-stack web applications across both frontend and backend systems
- Strong experience with relational database design and data modeling
- Proficiency with modern web frameworks—React and Ruby on Rails experience preferred
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment, especially within AWS
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, owning technical decisions end-to-end, and aligning solutions with product and operational goals
