Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in software engineering skills, design patterns, and building scalable systems
- Extensive expertise in Python
- Optionally TypeScript experience, along with proficiency in front-end technologies like React
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI alignment, or AI safety techniques
- Proven track record of shipping products powered by LLMs, RAG systems, and/or AI agents
- Background in MLOps, including model deployment pipelines and monitoring infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance systems for deploying and serving large language models and multimodal AI.
- Design scalable infrastructure for model inference, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Rapid prototyping of AI agents & gen AI experiences.
- Integrate AI solutions with our existing platform and products.
- Optimize systems for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Implement safeguards, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Collaborate, review, and improve engineering outputs.
