Ridgeline needs to support customer-facing operational reports and internal data needs by enhancing infrastructure performance, building scalable reporting frameworks, and enabling customers to generate rich, dynamic reports for their clients, transforming data into actionable insights and polished deliverables.
Requirements
- Expertise in Kotlin (Java) and/or Python
- Strong frontend ability with focus on React, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS
- Proficiency in working with relational or analytical databases, with a strong ability to optimize queries.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the value and application of automated testing at all levels.
- Experience with additional AI tools or frameworks to boost development efficiency.

- Architect and design solutions for large-scale projects with significant impacts on feature releases and platform enhancements.
- Optimize large dataset query performance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Engage in the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and design reviews to implementation and testing.
- Build scalable, high-quality applications that support customers’ business operations.
- Lead technical design discussions and decisions, contributing your expertise to guide the team.
- Leverage AWS back-end services to impact a growing tech stack and create cloud-native applications.
- Mentor and inspire fellow engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
