Toast is looking to scale out a new generation of products and business lines within their New Ventures business unit, specifically for the Retail industry. The Retail Integrations team is tasked with expanding Toast's platform to build a connected ecosystem of Retail-focused integrations, particularly in managing and exposing store inventory, by challenging existing restaurant-focused data models.
Requirements
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object oriented programming languages
- Experience with building integrations
- Flexible in using different tech stacks and languages
- Comfortable with testing methodologies and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout, using a combination of web and server-side technologies
- Make technical decisions and recommendations that will lay the foundation for the future of our integrations strategy
- Work closely with the leads to identify high-impact opportunities in the domain
- Stay in tune with customer needs by participating in partner evaluation calls and industry research
