Euna Grants is looking for a Staff Software Developer to join their software development team to contribute to the design, architecture, implementation, and testing of applications across multiple product offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with React
- 3+ years of .NET experience with a focus in web development
- 5+ years of Python experience with a focus in web development
- 7+ years professional experience supporting one or more SaaS products in a production environment
- 1+ years experience utilizing AI tools to assist in development process
- Displays a mastery of full stack development
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Knockout
Responsibilities
- Design, architecture, implementation, and testing of software applications
- Support and troubleshoot existing software in production
- Lead code and framework related advancement within the team while defining and holding other team members accountable for best coding practices
- Present new code design and implementation patterns, as well as potential enhancements to the existing codebase to peers for review as part of our overall code quality process
- Work hand in hand with Architecture on technical initiatives
- Contribute to multiple cross-functional development teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead technical documentation
Other
- Lead other developers and manage project timelines and expectations
- Technically manage a large project from introduction to completion with limited technical support or guidance
- Mentor other developers to help increase level of understanding and ability in related technologies and methodologies
- Ability to be vocal and lead technical discussion
- This role is hybrid 3x a week in our Atlanta office
