Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative tools and applications in collaboration with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Lead that enhance information organization, improve team collaboration, and facilitate effective decision-making across Enterprise Architecture and broader teams.
- Work with large-scale data sources (e.g., GitHub repositories, Jira roadmaps) to create products such as a product inventory app, visual team organization maps, and architecture forum facilitation tools.
- Leverage AI models and emerging technologies to optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate development cycles, ensuring the team delivers high-impact solutions efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage technical challenges, and deliver scalable, user-friendly tools that meet strategic goals and align with enterprise needs.
- Solve complex technical problems with creativity and precision while adhering to strong coding standards and best practices.
- Acts as a project or system leader, coordinating the activities of other engineers on the project or within the system
